What is the difference between Institutional and Individual Membership?
Institutional Membership is designed for the Study Program as a whole (Undergraduate, Master’s, or Doctoral), Individual Membership is for individual lecturers, researchers, or practitioners
Does an Institutional Membership automatically cover all lecturers within the study program?
Institutional Membership primarily covers the benefits for the study program as an entity, register separately for Individual Membership.
How do I get my membership card or professional certificate?
Once you have registered and your payment is verified, you will receive an activation and verification through website. After that, simply log in to your registered account on the APSPBI website. Navigate to your user dashboard, where you can view your active status and directly download your digital membership card and certificate.
How long does the account activation process take?
After you upload your proof of payment, our verification team will review your submission. The activation process typically takes 1 to 3 business days. Please check your account regularly.
Can scholars or institutions from outside Indonesia join APSPBI?
Absolutely! We have a dedicated International Membership category tailored for global scholars, researchers, and foreign universities. This membership serves as a gateway to collaborate with over 340 Indonesian study programs for joint research, visiting scholar opportunities, and cross-border networking.
What payment methods are accepted?
For domestic members (Institutional and Individual), payments can be made via direct bank transfer to the official APSPBI bank account provided during checkout. For International Members, we offer international wire transfer options.
I am having trouble logging into my account or downloading my certificate. What should I do?
First, please ensure that you are using the correct email and password associated with your registration. If you are still experiencing technical difficulties, please contact our Secretariat directly via WhatsApp or email us at secretariat@apspbi.or.id. Our team will be happy to assist you immediately.
How do I participate as a committee member for national or international APSPBI events?
We highly value the active participation of our members! Whenever APSPBI organizes major symposiums or conferences, we release “Call for Committee” forms exclusively to our active members. Keep an eye on your email newsletters and the announcements section on your dashboard to apply.
If our university changes the Head of the Study Program (Kaprodi), do we need to register for a new Institutional Membership?
No, you do not need to register again. The Institutional Membership belongs to the Study Program itself, not the individual serving as the head. If there is a change in leadership, simply log in to your institutional account and update the “Representative / Head of Program” details in the profile settings or contact our administrator.
Does APSPBI provide specific guidance for the LAMDIK 3.0 accreditation instrument?
Yes. Supporting study programs through accreditation is one of our primary missions. Institutional Members get exclusive access to specialized workshops, best practice sharing sessions, and technical guidance specifically focusing on the latest LAMDIK 3.0 requirements during our Annual Business Meetings (ABM).
